RETAIL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to boost performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
• Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
