We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Service cum Admin to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to follow up with customers consistently through phone calls and WhatsApp , ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, able to manage online platforms like Shopee and Lazada, and handle basic admin work.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus — if not, you must be willing to learn. This role also includes tasks such as invoicing and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently follow up with customers via phone and WhatsApp
- Handle customer enquiries and process orders
- Manage and update Shopee, Lazada, and other social media platforms
- Assist in creating product listings, visuals, and promotional content
- Issue basic invoices and maintain records
- Support general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident in using phone and WhatsApp for customer follow-ups
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada)
- Basic graphic/video editing skills or willing to learn
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
