Call Collection Officers

Responsibilities :

• Management of client accounts

• Collection of over-due accounts via phone calls

• Reminder call to customer for payment and follow-up on over-due accounts

• Perform administrative duties, payment arrangements and accounts monitoring

• Update and maintain the credit collection system

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements :

• Minimum GCE “N” Level or 1 year credit control/collection experience

• Good spoken English with excellent communication skills

• Energetic and self-driven

• Possess initiative, resourcefulness and perseverance

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• A team player who is able to work independently
