- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Facilitate employee growth through continuous learning opportunities.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward high performance.
- Maintain and update employee records
- Manage HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
- Support organizational change and growth initiatives.
