Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable IT Support Technician to assist with both on-site IT support for restaurants and general support for our web-based restaurant management system.
You will be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring POS systems, receipt printers, routers, and network equipment at restaurants
- Providing on-site support during new restaurant openings or when technical issues arise
- Maintaining and managing the overall IT environment (LAN, hardware, software updates)
- Testing our in-house web application and providing feedback to the development team
- Supporting end users by responding to technical inquiries related to the application
- Assisting in app-related sales and onboarding processes for new restaurant clients Coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Based in Singapore and available for on-site support
- Experience in IT support, preferably in F&B or retail
- Comfortable with basic software testing and end-user support
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and adapt to various responsibilities
- Prior experience with POS systems is a plus
- Having own transport is an advantage
