Job Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable IT Support Technician to assist with both on-site IT support for restaurants and general support for our web-based restaurant management system.

You will be responsible for:

  • Installing and configuring POS systems, receipt printers, routers, and network equipment at restaurants
  • Providing on-site support during new restaurant openings or when technical issues arise
  • Maintaining and managing the overall IT environment (LAN, hardware, software updates)
  • Testing our in-house web application and providing feedback to the development team
  • Supporting end users by responding to technical inquiries related to the application
  • Assisting in app-related sales and onboarding processes for new restaurant clients
  • Coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore and available for on-site support
  • Experience in IT support, preferably in F&B or retail
  • Comfortable with basic software testing and end-user support
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt to various responsibilities
  • Prior experience with POS systems is a plus
  • Having own transport is an advantage
