Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the firm's global policies and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages across the region.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to design and manage salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards in all compensation and benefits practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to regional HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Lead annual salary review processes, including performance-based adjustments and bonus allocations.
  • Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service quality.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience working in a professional services or partnership firm environment is highly desirable.
