  • This is a full-time 12 months contract role.
  • Analyze SAP planned orders and convert to Process Orders on timely basis for Liquids components.
  • Develop detailed production schedules by work center in line with capacity capabilities.
  • Optimize the use of resources to support efficient manufacturing operations and minimize potential bottlenecks
  • Create and release Process Orders on SAP in line with production plan for all manufacturing, filling and rework orders
  • Determine and communicate Customer Order confirmation dates and quantities according to the normal lead time
  • Lead production meetings with the Singapore operations team
  • Identify, manage and coordinate rework opportunities.
  • Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality
  • Be the data owner for Liquids Components materials
  • Daily interaction with raw materials planners to obtain updates in raw materials availability
  • Daily updates with Customer Service Representatives to provide updates in backorders
  • Responsible for providing feedback and maintain data (MOQ) for new product introduction in Eice
  • Evaluate the feasibility of Customer Demand change request
  • Maintain production KPIs which include Schedule Adherence, PO Adherence (LF)
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA)
  • Review product freshness and determine potential usage of ageing products via the PGCS Allocations Process
  • Participate in development and implementation of new area processes and improvements
  • Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
  • Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role
  • Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

1. Education or Professional Certifications (minimum level required e.g. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma and/or certifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory or Materials Planning


1. Experience (number of years of directly related operational or leadership experience and to specific industry if need be)

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related Supply Chain or Operations role, with experience in Capacity Planning and production preferred
  • Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization
  • Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
  • Possess knowledge of SAP MM module
  • Knowledge of SAP PP module will be an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
