Key Responsibilities

  • You will carry out the lawful orders of GFC to the best of your skill and ability and will discharge such duties and functions as may be delegated or assigned to you including work for or in any related, associate or subsidiary companies of GFC.
  • Translate the company’s strategic goals into operational plans and ensure effective execution across departments.
  • Streamline and improve workflows, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Guide the selection and implementation of technology solutions that support operational excellence and digital transformation.
  • Identify operational risks and implement controls; ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical product training to financial advisers and support staff to ensure accurate understanding and effective application of products and solutions.
  • Serve as a speaker for client seminars and webinars, delivering clear, engaging presentations to educate and inform clientele on relevant financial topics and offerings.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in business operations, ideally within financial services.
  • Technical knowledge in insurance, pensions, and investment planning preferred.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask across departments.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and implementation of CRM systems.
  • A team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
