Define and lead the organization’s overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Develop long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
Conduct regular IT audits and risk assessments.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and services.
Plan and manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with IT vendors, software providers, and service partners.
Oversee major IT projects, including system upgrades,
Manage change initiatives, including training and communication with stakeholders.
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing IT team.
Set departmental goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage succession planning.
