Purchaser

Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of general material / hardware for project site according to product evolution, specification and requirements.

• To handle price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparison for management’s approval.

• To generate Purchase Order according to Material Requisition from site personnel.

• To generate monthly purchase reports.

• To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.

• To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to learn.

• Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.

• Meticulous and organized.

• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
