F&B Supervisor

Job Summary

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the F&B team. This role ensures high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality are maintained while assisting with staff supervision, training and scheduling. The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience and supporting the team to meet performance goals.

Job Description

• Supervise daily operations of restaurants, lounges, or banquets.

• Ensure excellent customer service by training and motivating staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and beverages.

• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety legislation.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Assist in staff scheduling, timekeeping and performance evaluation.

• Work closely with kitchen and other teams to coordinate service.

• Support F&B Manager and F&B Head Chef in developing menus and special promotions.

• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation standards.

• Conduct daily briefings and communicate goals and expectations to the team.
  

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens, PRs, or Malaysian Citizens with SPM qualification

• Prior experience as an F&B Supervisor in a restaurant setting is preferred

• Must be able to speak English with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have computer literacy skills

• Must be punctual, reliable and presentable

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Non-smoking applicants will be preferred
