Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, uphold service standards, and support the restaurant manager in ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations
• Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and on-the-job training
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in stock ordering
• Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Service Crew in a restaurant or F&B environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service oriented with problem-solving abilities
