KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs and kitchen team in daily operations. You will help with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, marinating)
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen surfaces according to hygiene standards
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and manage recycling practices
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
