Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in booking of appointments, billing, checking patient’s details using Clinic Assist software
- Assist in booking of radiology scans, operating theatre, ward and other related bookings
- Submission of claims through various insurance portals
- Standing in as a chaperone and assist the doctor during patient consultations
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience in clinic would be an advantage
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am – 1pm)
- Job Environment: Small and cohesive team.
