Account Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Prepare and manage financial transactions, ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy
• Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
• Assist with financial, tax and audit matters
• Prepare Quarterly GST reports
• Any other ad hoc task/projects assign by management

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• With minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision System
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accounting accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently
• Process a good sense of urgency and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
