Japanese Lounge shop manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bar or lounge, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a positive guest experience. This includes supervising staff, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized space, while also contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.

Our customers are mostly Japanese, threfore Japanese conversation and writing skills are required.
