HR Executive / Specialist (Payroll / Recruitment / Full Spectrum / Central / MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and streamline HR processes to support business needs.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Perform payroll administration and management
• Design and deliver training programs and promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
• Implement performance evaluations to support employee growth and organizational goals.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle HR data and reporting for analysis.
• Organize team-building and engagement activities.
• Review and update HR policies in line with regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or above with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HRBP roles.
• Background in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, or consulting preferred.
Strong cross-cultural communication and people management skills
