Operation Senior Manager

Team Management and Coordination:

• Oversee the work of plumbing technicians, schedule and coordinate plumbing work progress

• Responsible for training new hires and development the existing staff to improve skills and knowledge

Project Management and Operations:

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of plumbing work process, from initial scope to final inspection

• Managing materials allocations, and budget to ensuring costs are within the allocated limits and control.

Customer Relations and Business Development:

• Manage client inquiries and complaints, also ensure maintaining the customer’s satisfaction.

• Involved in new business and develop sales strategies and build networking.

Compliance with Regulations and Safety Standards:

• Ensure that all plumbing projects adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

• Ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to standards.

• Responsible for troubleshooting plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• responsible for managing an after-hours emergency service program

Required:

• High School / ITE / Diploma / Undergraduate Degree

• At least 7 years of related experience in plumbing industry

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice

Preferred:

• Practical knowledge and hand-on experiences in plumbing industry

• Experiences and good understand of plumbing systems,

• Willingness to provide hands-on support when needed
