Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients including travel agents, event planners, and corporates in India and overseas.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with travel agencies, DMCs, hotels, and other tourism partners.
- Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute sales strategies that cater to the Persian outbound travel market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to regularly review and improve product offerings.
- Ensure all sales and booking processes follow updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Keep up-to-date with pricing, availability, and features of all packages.
- Represent the company at trade shows, B2B events, roadshows, and client meetings.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Report to management on business development performance and insights.
Requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel trade industry with a proven sales track record.
- Established network within Persian travel agencies, OTAs, and corporate travel departments.
- Proactive and target-oriented, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally as needed.
- Multilingual ability preferred.
