The role requires a hands-on person with experience in food research, operational management, and market analysis in Indian Cuisine. Job Description:

• Assist the Manager to research and develop new food products and processes
• Assist the Manager to conduct experiments, analyse data, and formulate recipes to create innovative and marketable food items
• Assist the Manager to perform quality control tests to ensure that food products meet industry standards and regulatory requirement
• Assist the Manager to establish quality control procedures and protocols
• Assist the Manager to ensure food safety and develop and implement food safety programs, including HACCP
• Assist the Manager to establish plans to prevent foodborne illnesses and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist the Manager to assess equipment, production lines, and packaging methods.
• Assist the Manager to create accurate and complete product labels including nutritional information and ingredients lists
• design and select appropriate packaging materials to maintain quality and extend shelf life.
• Assist the Manager to collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials, ingredients, additives, and packaging materials that meet quality standards
• Assist the Manager to evaluate the environmental impact of food production methods, packaging materials and waste management
