Technician ( Automatic Doors )

Key Duties & Responsibilities

️ Field Service Operations

• Perform scheduled maintenance and retrofits of automatic door systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Troubleshoot and conduct site inspections on automatic entrances; recommend parts and solutions to clients.
• Provide site reports to clients upon job completion.
Conduct testing, commissioning, decommissioning, and risk assessments of all automatic entrance systems and products

Others

• Propose upgrades and feasible solutions for existing automatic door systems.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle in roadworthy condition, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Stay updated on technical knowledge of both the company’s and competitors' products.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working condition; request timely replacements when necessary due to damage or wear and tear.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management or immediate supervisors

Requirements :

• Must have relevant experience dealing with automatic doors .
