We are hiring for a high-growth crypto data platform in the blockchain/Web3 infrastructure space , providing market-leading API services and analytics to enterprise clients globally.


This is a player-coach role where you will be responsible for driving individual sales while also leading and mentoring a growing team. The ideal candidate is both a skilled sales closer and a capable leader with deep knowledge in SaaS/API solutions and enterprise sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • API Sales & Client Acquisition: Own new client sales revenue by executing and guiding strategic sales efforts, focusing on consultative selling, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
  • Revenue Expansion: Lead account expansion strategies by identifying upsell opportunities, collaborating with product teams to introduce and grow API usage.
  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Contribute to GTM planning, pricing strategies, and forecasting. Track and report on pipeline metrics and performance.
  • Lead Generation: Build and execute effective lead generation plans. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, oversee onboarding, and ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Solutioning & Technical Scoping: Recommend suitable API plans based on technical needs and usage patterns. Liaise with internal teams to support successful implementation.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Provide insights through regular reporting. Track key metrics across the sales funnel and inform leadership with actionable data.
  • Sales Operations: Optimize sales workflows and CRM hygiene, implement scalable processes, and create playbooks to drive efficiency.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team. Promote a culture of execution, learning, and accountability.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and use cases to refine value propositions.
  • Executive Engagement: Collaborate with leadership on annual sales planning, performance tracking, and strategic direction. Represent the company in external meetings and industry events.
  • Support with Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to team-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS/API sales, ideally within tech startups or fintech.
  • Experience leading and coaching a small team in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and comfort in technical discussions with CTOs, PMs, and engineers.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales management.
  • Deep understanding of API products, SaaS metrics, and customer use cases.
  • Experience in building GTM strategies, pricing models, and sales roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies, including blockchain, Web3, and digital innovation.
