As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic MARKETING MANAGER to join our team and drive growth across new and existing markets.


Role Overview:


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and platform engagement. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across both digital and traditional channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the platform and drive user growth.


Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and social media.


Conduct market research and analyse user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.


Manage marketing budgets and external vendors or agencies as needed.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.


4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology or construction sector.


Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.


Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.


Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.


Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
