Frontend Architect

Key Responsibilities

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Lead the design of frontend system architecture to ensure high concurrency, low latency, and high availability in a mission-critical environment.
• Define and drive technical direction, adopting best practices and advanced frameworks to support scalable and maintainable frontend platforms.

R&D Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor frontend-focused architecture, development, and QA teams to improve technical depth and execution efficiency.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline through hiring, training, and capability development.

System Security & Compliance

• Ensure frontend systems adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including cybersecurity, data protection, and financial sector standards.
• Lead technical risk management efforts, implement robust monitoring, and ensure stability and continuity of service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, risk and compliance teams, backend and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide architectural recommendations that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Education : Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience :
  10+ years in frontend or full-stack software development.
  5+ years of experience building trading, financial, or real-time systems with complex user interfaces.
• Technical Skills :
  Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or equivalent), performance optimization, and system design for large-scale applications.
  Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency environments, and low-latency frontend design.
  Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., MAS, SEC, CFTC) and experience supporting compliance in financial applications.
