Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients? We are looking for someone like that who can:

• be the link between clients and traders, providing our clients with market color and ensuring best-execution for their derivatives orders
• aim to maximize investment returns for clients by using the considerable amount of capital markets flow information and investment research at our disposal
• be product agnostic and be able to distribute multi asset solutions to your clients
• introduce, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
• take care of all stages of client management process
• support any ongoing initiatives that the team is embarking on
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets Derivatives & Solutions team in Singapore. You will be working mainly with institutional clients and provide clients' access to solutions in derivatives. Your role will require strong integration into the existing team and practices, with an ability to support team members, and meet client's requirements across the Global Markets Flow and Structured Equities Derivatives business

Your expertise

• at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• previous sales experience with institutional clients, with ability to work across Derivatives, Financing and Cash Execution teams to deliver bespoke structured solutions to clients
• a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies
• deep understanding of regulatory environment and effect on clients
• an excellent communicator, and a collaborative partner with clear demonstration of working across groups
• able to thrive in a high intensity and highly demanding role; Innovation, client relationships, ability to work across teams and responding to fast changing markets and regulations will be crucial in determining the success of this role
• eager and hungry to explore and develop new business
• always professional (but you have the human touch)
