Data is core to our work - we work with large data sets to draw insights into delivery performance, optimise network planning, and deep-dive into pain points to debottleneck our scaling efforts.

Job Description

• Operations Strategy: Dive into e-commerce supply chain process, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and create a competitive edge. Support evaluations of benefits and trade-offs to guide decision-making.
• Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Research best practices and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Hands-On Ground Operations Improvement: Get involved in day-to-day logistics operations, identifying challenges and suggesting practical improvements. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to on-the-ground problem-solving.
• Project Management Support: Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Help troubleshoot issues and iterate solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-making. Present key findings in a clear and structured manner to stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in strategy or consulting internships is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Must be proficient in MS excel, Google Spreadsheets with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets and complex formulas
• Proficiency in scripting language, especially SQL, is a plus. If not proficient, the candidate should demonstrate willingness and ability to quickly learn and ramp up on the job
• Willing to get your hands dirty and work with ground ops, to implement improvements
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
