Job Description :
- Provide support and installation for supported IT Infrastructure, working remotely and support as necessary
- Assist in maintaining and exercising data recovery.
- Proactively monitor supported IT Infrastructure and ensure issues identified including potential options to resolve in a timely manner
- Implement projects within time, scope and budget.(Firewall Implementation and replacement of old assets initiatives etc.,)
- Maintain a high level of productivity and co-ordination in an environment where many activities are simultaneously taking place
- Maintain and extend a broad understanding of Tech Support knowledge
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to
organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Support regional entities to execute IT projects in areas such as IT replacement, security infrastructure and efficiency improvement (Which are leaded by HQ)
- IT Governance Enhancement
- Support security assessments conducted by Headquarters on a regular basis for regional entities
- Comprehend the Parents company IT Governance Policy and assist regional offices in aligning their IT environments with these requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
§ Minimum 8+ years technical experience in an IT support environment
§ Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security and networks.
§ Experience with the following IT services/ products is advantageous, with underlined being our primary tools;
- Microsoft : Windows11 , M365 , O365 , Intune , Azure AD , Copilot, Defender
- Cloud Storage and Services : Box
- ERP :SAP(HANA (Version 10. 00251)
- eSignature : Docusign, BoxSign
- RPA :UI Path
- Network Security : FortiGate , FortiAnalyzer, SentinelOne
- Network infrastructure: Corporate network (IP-VPN, Internet VPN, Local break out)
- VPN Access Tool: FortiClient, Akamai EAA etc
§ Good Communication Skill
§ Ability to prioritise own workload and manage time effectively
§ Ability to analyse problems and incidents and effectively prioritise according to Business requirements.
§ Ability to work calmly and effectively in high stress situations
§ General knowledge of LANs
§ Ability to diagnose problems by isolating variables and testing hypothesis.
§ University degree is preferred or education is equivalent technical level (IT related degree is desirable)
