  • Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Provide quotation to the customers .
  • Follow up with customers .
  • Follow up with existing customers base for policy renewal
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
  • Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved and addressed in a timely manner to ensure

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required.
  • Possess General Insurance Certificates (BCP, PGI and CommGI) is an advantage.
  • Meticulous with a flair for details, multi-task and highly committed
  • Team player with self–discipline and willing-to-learn qualities
