We are a dynamic and fast-growing private education and training provider dedicated to empowering learners through high-quality programmes and digital learning experiences. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our classrooms and office systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries from trainers, staff, and students.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, and AV systems.
  • Manage biometric access and CCTV at all locations
  • Monitor all location access logs, document, and report
  • Support all online learning platforms for training and exam administration.
  • Maintain and update user accounts, reset passwords, and configure user devices.
  • Ensure classroom tech (projectors, speakers, smart boards) is ready and functional.
  • Manage IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or servicing.
  • Document IT procedures and maintain a service log.
  • Coordinate onsite/offsite training setup and logistics.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role (education/training sector is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows, basic networking, and troubleshooting IT setups.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable supporting non-technical users.
  • A team player who is resourceful, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Ready and open to support occasionally on weekends and evenings.
