- Educate housekeepers on upkeep and cleaning duties.
- Monitoring the everyday work performance of cleaning team.
- Inspecting the cleanliness of the all areas.
- Roster planning and arranging stand-ins when necessary.
- Establish and guide team members on importance of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness.
- Encourage team members and address any problems that arise at work. To address client's concerns and demands.
- Update regularly on inventory for cleaning supplies.
- Involve in extensive cleaning projects when required.
- Ensure adherance to the safety and hygienic rules.
