We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful HR and Admin Officer to manage the daily operations of human resources and office administration. This role will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.


Human Resources Duties:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copies).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Application/renewal/cancellation of Employment Pass, S-pass and Work Permits.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
  • Ensure all administrative records and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Verification of daily report of credits sales, packages and customers benefits redemptions from the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, i.e Advocado software
