Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on inventory levels, sales trends, and project requirements
Plan and schedule purchases to ensure on-time availability of materials and services
Request and evaluate supplier quotations
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize value
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and agreements
Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with company policies
Monitor procurement data and supplier performance for cost-saving opportunities
Generate and present reports on purchasing activities, cost trends, and vendor performance
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department
