Accounts Executive - Full Sets/ 4.5 days Include Sat 1-5pm + Uniform Provided - Alexandra,Labrador MRT

JOB INFORMATION

• Any 4 Weekdays (10am to 7pm)/ Every Saturday (1pm to 5pm)
• Total Working hours: 36 hours per week only
• Every 1 Weekday, Sunday and Public Holiday off
• Company uniform provided with Full Dress with black shoes on Monday -Thursday
• Company Shirt is provided on Friday and Sat half day with own pants and black shoes
• Basic Salary $3800 Max + $400 Allowance including of $200 Attendance allowance + $100 Meal allowance + $100 transport allowance with good variable bonus paid twice a year + bonus + attractive benefits .
• All allowance is entitled during the 3 months' probation period.
• Basic Salary will be adjusted according to individual attitude and performance after 3 months' probation.
• Can wear casual, shorts or jeans to office with Changing room and washing machines available in the office
• 10 mins walk shelter all the way from Circle Line Labrador Park MRT Station

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full set of accounts and accounting schedules
• Handle audit and tax (including GST) filings and ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, and other professionals
• Manage account payable and receivables to help the organization to determine working capital needs and funding strategies
• Process business transactions and reports using the relevant accounting software (e.g. Excel & QuickBooks)
• Monitor daily financial functions, including cash flow management
• Handle commission payable to members and attend queries from members
• Interco billing
• Liaise with building management
• Any other a-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be an added
  advantage
• Bubbly, friendly helpful and approachable personality
• Willing to comply by wearing company uniform and the working hours stated above
