• Manage full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements

• Look for new clients (the employers) and complete the hiring process
  

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be CEI attained EA personnel

• Proven track record in manpower placement industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  

MODE OF REMUNERATION:

• Profit sharing
