About the Role

We are excited to introduce a newly created position for an administrative assistant as part of our growing team. This role has been established to support our expanding operations and enhance day-to-day efficiency across departments. As our first administrative assistant, you will play a key role in shaping office support functions and contributing to a professional, well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to relevant team members
  • Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of meeting rooms
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
  • Coordinate basic office maintenance and liaise with external vendors
  • Assist with procurement tasks including purchase requests, approvals, and invoice verification
  • Support the organization of internal company events and activities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizenship (due to quota constraints)
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
  • Highly responsible, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
