About the Role
We are excited to introduce a newly created position for an administrative assistant as part of our growing team. This role has been established to support our expanding operations and enhance day-to-day efficiency across departments. As our first administrative assistant, you will play a key role in shaping office support functions and contributing to a professional, well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to relevant team members
- Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of meeting rooms
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
- Coordinate basic office maintenance and liaise with external vendors
- Assist with procurement tasks including purchase requests, approvals, and invoice verification
- Support the organization of internal company events and activities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Singaporean citizenship (due to quota constraints)
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Highly responsible, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
