- Assist with maintaining employee records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, includes but not limited to document preparation and orientation.
- Drafting of HR Documentation including but not limited to Employment Letters, Warning Letters and Confirmation Letters.
- Assist in Recruitment activities including but not limited to application processing, interview documentation preparation and interview scheduling.
- Assist in Payroll preparation including but not limited to checking and confirming timesheet submission, variable payment consolidation
- Involve in HR projects for improvement of HR processes and procedures.
