Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain proper storage, good housekeeping, and enforce safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate warehouse activities for efficient workflow.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc duties and support operational improvements as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
