Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.


This role involves coordinating cleaning schedules, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination:

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
  • Develop and manage cleaning schedules, assigning appropriate staff and resources as needed.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

3. Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of cleaning sites to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and take corrective actions as needed.

5. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and client communications.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, client feedback, and resource utilization.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost-control efforts to optimize operational efficiency.

6. Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure all cleaning operations comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations


Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry


  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is an advantage.
