Position Overview :

As a Programme & Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Suncare SG’s programme and partnership capabilities to support its vision of nurturing the academic, social and emotional well-being of young individuals. Your responsibilities will include enhancing relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring impactful and sustained programme through partner engagement.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a strong advocate for Suncare SG’s vision and mission with stakeholders and collaborate with diverse partners.
  • Work closely with the programme team to design mission-driven curriculum and activities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of programme implementation, liaising with facilitators and volunteers, and other involved parties for scheduling, venue arrangements, resource requirements etc.
  • Monitor progress of Suncare programmes and how they impact the beneficiaries, and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Together with the programme team, develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of programmes. Keeping in line with Suncare SG’s Logic Model and Theory of Change.
  • Communicate results to internal team and stakeholders.


Governance:

  • Coordinate Board and Sub-Committee meetings (scheduling, slide collation, and minute-taking). Oversee annual submissions, including the Annual Report, Financial Statements, and GEC. Ensure compliance with the Code of Governance by maintaining policies, standards, and ongoing monitoring with relevant parties.


Budget:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare the annual budget, incorporating input and approval from the Treasurer.


Partnerships:

  • Support the Senior Centre Manager and Board Members by attending partner meetings, coordinating discussions, and preparing meeting summaries or follow ups.


Grants:

  • Manage grant applications and track usage (including MSF, NCSS, TF, and any new grants), ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in social work, psychology, early childhood, events management, business development, mass communications or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with the issues and initiatives related to children, youth, and/or mental health will be an advantage
  • Experience with managing relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and have a high degree of independence and experience with self-management.
  • Excellent organizational, planning skills and time management. Strong communication skills.
