Role: Sales & Marketing Support Executive
The Sales & Marketing Support Executive plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing departments. This role goes beyond administrative support to include active coordination, strategic insight, and proactive execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, and contribute meaningfully to business decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement
Prepare and refine sales documents such as proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain accurate and current customer and order data in CRM systems.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize delivery timelines.
Provide prompt and informed responses to internal and external inquiries.
Generate and interpret sales reports to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Marketing Coordination
Lead the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Oversee inventory and distribution of marketing collateral.
Contribute to content creation for social media and digital platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
Ensure product listings and marketing assets are up to date and accurate across all channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a point of contact between the sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned efforts.
Manage vendor relationships for promotional materials and events.
Support meeting facilitation, including agenda planning and follow-ups.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Own the compilation and presentation of performance metrics and dashboards.
Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization and sales strategy.
Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for reporting and compliance.
- Customer Experience Support
Support customer communications across multiple channels.
Coordinate feedback and survey responses to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and escalate recurring issues to improve service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement
Take initiative to streamline workflows and improve existing processes.
Contribute to special projects or initiatives led by the sales or marketing leadership.
