Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites.

• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• To monitor project progress and report to project managers and stakeholders.
• To read and understand construction & technical drawings and plans.
• Plan and count for materials required for work, coordinate with engineer to order and deliver materials required for work on time.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact work progress.
• Enforce quality control standards throughout all phases of the project.
• Report and feedback to engineer and managers on issues faced during work progress.
• Coordinate with engineers and managers to facilitate work progress.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, regulations and company policies.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Compliance to safe work procedures.
• BCSS certificate is mandantory.
• Confined Space Supervisor or other related certifications will be added advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry as Construction Supervisor.
