The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Accounts) is responsible for the full set of accounts, opening and closing of accounts and maintaining financial records as required in compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements. Scope of Work Perform on-time monthly and annual financial closing of accounts Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statements, accruals, depreciation, and any necessary adjustment entries. Maintain integrity in financial systems and ensure compliance with policies and standards Handle tax filing matters (annual corporate tax and quarterly GST) Any other ad hoc duties assigned Job Requirements At least 5 years of relevant working experience Diploma/degree in Accounting, Business and Finance or equivalent industry qualifications (ACCA,CPA) Experience in the automotive industry and implementation of accounting systems is preferred Ability to interpret data, develop actionable insights accordingly and presentation of data well Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero Software, especially in Excel
