Construction Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Construction Manager to lead our on-site construction team through the successful delivery of projects — on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality and safety.

• Will have proven leadership experience on active construction sites.
• Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• At least 3 years relevant working experiences in construction industry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
• Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience in various tunneling operations will be advantageous.
