Experience & Qualification :

a) At least a degree from a recognized university preferably with mechanical background. MBA qualification preferred.

b) At least 8~10 years experiences overall in charges of a manufacturing business with proven records.

c) Familiar in consumer electronics & household appliances related to plastic parts.

d) Plastic Tooling knowledge is an advantage.

• Monitor cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability.

• Team Leadership & HR

• Hire, train, and develop department heads and senior staff.

• Promote a strong performance culture and ensure high employee morale.

• Resolve conflicts and foster a safe, productive workplace.

• Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.

• Establish internal policies and compliance procedures.

• Customer & Vendor Relations
