Baker

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and manage all baked items efficiently, ensure baked items are prepared correctly and on time
• Involve in the daily operations of the kitchen
• Assist in minimising food wastage through correct measurement, weighing the flour correctly
• Control the oven temperature
• Able to prepare the ingredients, create fillings and mix various ingredients
• Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with food safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position
• Understanding the baking procedure and process
• Diploma or Degree in Baking or relevant discipline
• Able to meet deadlines
Good interest in baking
