Assistant to Project Manager (Renovation)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant to Project Manager to support renovation projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager in coordinating and supervising all renovation works
• Arrange daily work schedules for site workers and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Control renovation costs and prepare basic budget tracking
• Handle communication between clients, vendors, and site team
• Ensure renovation work is completed on time and within scope
• Perform site inspections and follow up on rectification work
• Support with administrative tasks such as documentation, reports, and permits

Requirements:

• Prior experience in renovation or interior fitting-out projects preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking workers/vendors
• Familiar with construction site safety and basic renovation procedures
