Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, cash flow, and tax matters to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage investor relations and fundraising activities.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate IPO preparation and execution, including audits and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 8 years of financial leadership experience, with proven involvement in IPO processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and capital markets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
