Senior Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices tailored to IT finance reporting projects.
• Facilitate resource planning and capacity management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Provide project status updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders and finance leadership.
• Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.
• Support PMs / TDMs on project SDM adherence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a PMO or finance/IT reporting environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with tools like PPM or other financial reporting platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
