Job scope:

  • In charge of different stages of recruitment; advertisement of jobs, screening candidates, arranging for interviews, set interview tests, conducting interviews, reference checks, make offer, contract negotiation, new hire start.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure that suitable internal or external candidates are recruited for specific positions as required.
  • Develop and use effective recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Develop innovative and creative alternatives to identify potential candidate pools.
  • Work with onboarding team to refine onboarding process.
  • Work with the team to analyse the various job roles within the company and chart the pathways for promotion.
  • Develop career path options for staff.
  • Implementing and documenting SOPs for recruitment.
  • Maintain internal communication of vacancies and appointments.
  • Maintain candidate pool records for future reference.
  • Rationalisation of various employment contracts in the company.
  • Internal training of hiring managers on how to induct their new hires.
  • Developing a system for following up with hiring managers and new hires during probation period and beyond.
  • Working with employment agents on recruitment of general workers.
  • Cover buddy for teammates from other functions.
  • reviewing the company’s existing benefits,
  • gathering feedback from staff and market,
  • proposing benefits packages to the management and obtaining approval,
  • implementation and review of benefits,
  • Working performance management executive to develop rewards that will drive performance

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws and regulations such as TAFEP.
  • Familiar with PDPA requirements.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite of programs.
