We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Executive/Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the organization’s talent pipeline by partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, contribute to employer branding efforts, and support strategic hiring initiatives across departments.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Draft clear and comprehensive job descriptions and candidate requirements.
  • Establish selection criteria aligned with job competencies and role expectations.
  • Identify and manage sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates, including job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Coordinate and conduct end-to-end interview and selection processes, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and maintain accurate records of candidate information and interactions.
  • Provide timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Manage the offer process and coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference and background verifications.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring matters, including the recruitment, renewal, and repatriation of foreign workers.
  • Support and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent attraction efforts.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other outreach events.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs across departments.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to analyze hiring effectiveness and turnaround times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the team and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act and relevant hiring regulations in Singapore.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who works well collaboratively across functions.
  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
